There was no fanfare. People were not lined on the streets to cheer me on. It was a quiet, enjoyable ride as I completed my 30 Day Challenge. It has been such an adventure. Let’s say the “cake” is completing my 30 Day Challenge. Here is the “icing”:
- I have not been through a drive thru in those 30 Days, (as opposed to once or twice per day when I was driving to work before).
- I have taken healthy meals to work from home for the 30 Days.
- I have stopped drinking soda during the week for those 30 Days.
- My legs are stallions.
- I’m in much improved cardiovascular shape.
- I have lost about 15- 20 lbs. (I haven’t measured, but its been that much or more.)
- I have blogged for 30 Days straight.
- I’ve exercised twice a day for an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon for 30 Days.
- I’ve ridden my bike at least 125 miles per week for 6 weeks straight.
- I have had many new and exciting adventures…and stories.
